Celebrations again – Baby John survived being killed while still in her mother’s womb.

It all began from a taxi. I was travelling from Kampala to up-country. I was sitting in the back seats of the van near a young woman who looked worried. It’s not my thing to initiate conversations so I kept silent as I sportified. A long the way the driver stopped with request from the passengers to buy some eatables. I love food I had to pull out my 20K note to buy roasted chicken and rock boom. Surprisingly my neighbor didn’t. I softly asked her do you need some chicken and the response was positive. I gave in more money to the chicken vendor and also topped it up with a cola bottle. Discipline being a norm I had revise my thoughts and said a hey to this young woman. Slowly we started talking and introducing ourselves to each other and out of the blue I asked why are you travelling. She told me she was leaving expensive clinics of Kampala. I asked why? She said procuring an abortion was so alarming so she wanted to get a cheap abortion facility in Jinja. I kept quiet for a minute wondering how best can I help out a sister. I didn’t know what to say but I told her: We only Live once. You have not even tested the joy of the young baby. I had no additional words because we had reached jinja. I pulled a paper from my bag and a pen and wrote down my number and social media handles. I gave them to her and said call me in case you need more help. That’s the only part I did but guess what God had already intervened. She didn’t take minutes before looking through my social handles. And this is what she said to me: “Timothy”, I changed my mind when I read a post on your Facebook handle that abortion has never been a solution and health care. I did not even look at the abortion facility where the appointment was. I re boarded back to Kampala and the product of your small paper and a pen is baby John. I am here to celebrate a decision I made in a few seconds. Baby john is now living and a gift to me.

BUSOGA WILL FOREVER FEEL PROUD

Special dads, those who value life and family are very elated for the decission their king Gabula Nadiope IV to officially get married. it has taken 67 years since a royal wedding in the kingdom took place. officially Mutesi Jovia is the queen mother of our beloved kingdom. I wont leave out the fact that we are very excited about this achievement that will empower Busoga families to grow holistically, culturally and economically. For societies to grow economically research asserts that the grassroot which is the family has to have a solid foundation. when the family has what it takes then communities will thrive in all developmental aspects. Our king saw it wise that if he sets an example to the new normal young adults then alot of misconceptions about marriage will be laid away. In fact we are going to realisethe importancese of being faithful and committed when in relationships. Thespecial dads team being spear headed by Timothy Waigolo is now in full gear toadvocate for

Finally Mbarara University Students Who stayed in hostels receive food

Mbarara University students who failed to make it back to their homes finally get relief aid from UNSA - Uganda National Students Association. a week back student advocates raised their voices via media specifically TV West and other social plaforms seeking for attention towards the welfare of stranded students.  Special thanks to the current guild president of MUST Muhumuza Ryan and his team for securing aid to students.  When interacting with one of the students who were on the front line of fighting for the stranded university students welfare Musinguzi Newton , he had this to say "many students are vulnerable people who are unemployed and get survival from their guardians, so they should not be left out because they equally deserve  to share the cake the government is distributing to the rest of Ugandans".
