Cancel out the following and make your life better

1. Porn .

Porn movies are not worth watching, they show fake relationship without any love moments, you will just see a man and a woman having sexual intercourse for more than 30,40,50,minutes or 1 hr or more. The lady bathing in spermatozoid and what other rubbish they show. In real life you'll be done in around 10,15 or 20 minutes.

2 . Social media

Too much concentration on these apps have destroyed several homes. These are the real intruders in the life of people. Don't get attracted to them. I don't use them. I am happy with my wife.

3 . Extra marital affair

Don't venture into a relationship that has a dead end. A point of no return. A source for breaking up your happy married life. Don't plan to regret in the future.

4 . Unnecessary expenses.

Calculated expenses are that wise people do. Those who spend money lavishly should stop doing so. plan for future. Economise.

5 . Gambling.

This is a bad practice that many people do. Gambling money and losing all their income. Thus making family suffer your wrong actions. Your nonsense. Use your common sense and try your best to keep away from such practices. I would say stop completely.

6. Believing in luck and avoiding their duties.

Some people believe too much in luck and thus staying away from their duties. They don't want to work. They are becoming lazy. Careless. This kind of thoughts should be cancelled as well.

7 . Believing in witchcraft .

Some people think that they will succeed whilst taking the help of people who practice witchcraft. But they don't know that they are being cheated by the creation of imaginary things, occurrence by such people. In fact non of their creations exist. They are all fake. This have to be cancelled in your life.

8. Fortune tellers.

If fortune tellers were that able to tell you what is going to really happen, so why you are not out of your problems, why the need to see that fortune tellers again and again. Stop seeing these people.

BUSOGA WILL FOREVER FEEL PROUD

Special dads, those who value life and family are very elated for the decission their king Gabula Nadiope IV to officially get married. it has taken 67 years since a royal wedding in the kingdom took place. officially Mutesi Jovia is the queen mother of our beloved kingdom. I wont leave out the fact that we are very excited about this achievement that will empower Busoga families to grow holistically, culturally and economically. For societies to grow economically research asserts that the grassroot which is the family has to have a solid foundation. when the family has what it takes then communities will thrive in all developmental aspects. Our king saw it wise that if he sets an example to the new normal young adults then alot of misconceptions about marriage will be laid away. In fact we are going to realisethe importancese of being faithful and committed when in relationships. Thespecial dads team being spear headed by Timothy Waigolo is now in full gear toadvocate for

Finally Mbarara University Students Who stayed in hostels receive food

Mbarara University students who failed to make it back to their homes finally get relief aid from UNSA - Uganda National Students Association. a week back student advocates raised their voices via media specifically TV West and other social plaforms seeking for attention towards the welfare of stranded students.  Special thanks to the current guild president of MUST Muhumuza Ryan and his team for securing aid to students.  When interacting with one of the students who were on the front line of fighting for the stranded university students welfare Musinguzi Newton , he had this to say "many students are vulnerable people who are unemployed and get survival from their guardians, so they should not be left out because they equally deserve  to share the cake the government is distributing to the rest of Ugandans".
