Learning it the hardway

1. It takes consistent time and effort to be an expert in any area. This is the first and foremost thing to keep in mind. People usually get discouraged when it takes more time than they thought it will. One thing to keep in mind is that people have to, at this time, refer only to people who have already achieved what you want to be, which most people fail to do. They look at other unsuccessful people and apply those criteria to them even before they take action. Look at any successful person and you’ll notice one thing common in all of them. They took time to learn and mastered their craft like no one else. There is no elevator to success; you have to take the stairs. 2. You don’t have to live your life in a way society wants you to. Decades of old beliefs, superstitions and rituals are being performed these days and are followed blindly without questioning their rationale. Parents sometimes force their children to select a career they don’t want because other children have selected t

The Ugly Truth 😎

Chasing the opposite sex like a dog on steroid . What are you chasing my brother. Stop chasing diseases, heartbreaks you will die miserably 😂.  Avoiding taking risks because of fear.   Success is an enemy of fear, remember what our primary teachers used to tell us, " better try than never ". Running on the same old software installed in your mind since when you were a kid. Models change and change is inevitable. Learn to embrace change. Running your mouth aimlessly like there is no tomorrow. be conscious of what you speak . remember a lot of  men have fallen because of their tongues.   Hating on best players as if hate will bring you to their level. If you cant beat them, my brother join them and learn from them  I remain yours 🙏 Timothy Waigolo waigolotimothy@gmail.com

SERVE GOD WHEN YOUR STILL YOUNG

Have you been wondering how to serve God in your youth? Or asking yourself what you can do for God between school, homework, studying, work, sports and so on. You’re not alone, my precious friend. but why you should serve God when you still young. The first reason you should serve God in your youth is presented in Proverbs 22:6 (Start a youth out on his way; even when he grows old he won’t depart from it.”). This verse shows that how you are raised, how you behave, and the habits you form in your youth have an influence on who you will be as an adult. This influence can be either positive or negative depending on how you’re living now. When you serve God in your youth, you’re preparing yourself to live righteously as an adult as well.  Secondly, you should serve God in your youth because God knows what is best for you. As a teenager, and even into adulthood, you have no way of knowing or even comprehending what is best for your life. How could you? You don’t know what possibilities t

Keep Moving

Don’t sit down dear. If you cross this one, then you have  pretty much improved yourself. What I am trying to say is that if you sit comfortably in a spot, you tend to open Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and whatnot. You tend to spend more time on your phone. But, if you keep moving, you’ll forget all about your phone. Even while you’re replying to some texts, do it while you’re on the move, not sitting. It’ll be faster and you’ll save your time. What do you do while you’re on your foot? Think quick. If you wanna go run in the morning, then wake up and do it. If you wanna stop junk food, then while you’re up, think about why it’s bad for you. So get up on your feet! You don’t see successful people spending hours and hours on their phones, sitting in a corner thinking about their future, do you? They are always on the move and you should be too! Thanks Timothy Waigolo Follow me via facebook https://www.facebook.com/waigolo.timothy

Finally Mbarara University Students Who stayed in hostels receive food

Mbarara University students who failed to make it back to their homes finally get relief aid from UNSA - Uganda National Students Association. a week back student advocates raised their voices via media specifically TV West and other social plaforms seeking for attention towards the welfare of stranded students.  Special thanks to the current guild president of MUST Muhumuza Ryan and his team for securing aid to students.  When interacting with one of the students who were on the front line of fighting for the stranded university students welfare Musinguzi Newton , he had this to say "many students are vulnerable people who are unemployed and get survival from their guardians, so they should not be left out because they equally deserve  to share the cake the government is distributing to the rest of Ugandans". Can you start a business without capital

So a friend of mine in boxed me and asked me how he can start a business with less money on him. But the fact of the matter is, his question was;  How do I start a business without investment? If by ‘without investment’, you mean ‘without any start up capital and only your time’ then there is a way. Follow the definition of ‘business’ which by default, gives you a business plan. ‘Business’ is 1) finding a client   2. Who wants your solution to their problem   3. And is willing to pay you for that solution  4. And is able to pay you for your solution so that  5. you make a profit. If you keep these steps in the right order, and find the right client with a problem that you can solve to meet the other 3 criteria then you have the start of a business Feel free to provide your views in the comments. Become confident if your shy

Maintain eye contact.   This has changed my life in the way I interact with people. When people talk to you, maintain eye contact, even if it might feel awkward. It shows strength of character and even warmth. When it’s your turn to talk, do the same, although I think it’s okay in this situation to glance away at times. Learn about everything.  Read the News papers. Watch documentaries. Read good books. Conversations used to be a terrifying thing for me, because I wouldn’t know what to talk about. But the more you know, the more you can relate with people and have something to share. Make yourself uncomfortable.  To achieve anything worthwhile, requires sacrifice. In this case, personal comfort. I used to avoid going to parties and social events because I’d feel so stressed at the thought of talking to people. I still feel that way, but not as intensely, after forcing myself to accept most invitations I’d receive. Interacting with people really is a muscle you have to flex, and the mor

COVID-19 A REALISTIC NIGHT MARE

This the problem with COVID-19; If we do nothing, it goes out of control . There is a universal agreement on this point. Every week the number of infected people doubles or triples, according to the best estimates of the World Health Organisation today. Within about two months, hospitals  have started collapsing under the pressure (Italy) and can survive only by building emergency new facilities using help from the rest of the countries (Wuhan). However, if you really are doing nothing, then two months later the rest of the country falls down and no one can help you.  On the other hand, our Ugandan government declared a state of emergency …  schools shut down, airports virtually close, and the country goes on lockdown. All for what ??, limiting the spread of the flu. Then perhaps if the disease is successfully suppressed after the decreed 32 days, everything opens back up and we look around and say, yaah, why did we even do that?! Why did the country shut down when the ordi

How you can doom your self at Mbarara University of Science And Technology-(MUST)

Students go to university to gain knowledge and skills which will help them in their future, but success in exams depends on several factors. Failure in exams are usually caused by these factors: Get yourself a sugar daddy. They are very sweet daddies and they will make you a sweet baby as well. They are ready to spend on you lavishly and please your desires. They are very nice people the fact that they give out plenty money. You will dress nicely, eat well, sleep well and inspire others who are broke. Get a boyfriend. That dud will make you feel like he can give you all the stars, plus the moon he will make  you believe he only sees you. He will give you an amazing feeling. Keep at his place, cook for him, do his laundry and become obsessed at him anf wait for examination results. Do not do courseworks First of all they are stressing, boring and no one will force you to do them. In fact they seem to be irrelevant so what makes you do them. Miss them and become a compass granny. Party

MUST GUILD PRESIDENTIAL CONTESTANTS 2020/2021 WITH THEIR POLITICAL PARTIES

  1. BAKAKI ZAHARA -NRM MUST CHAPTER CHAIRPERSON .  Zahara is a medical student, so forcussed and ambitious. She one time served as the Minister of Gender during the brilliant Katongoles regime. According to analytics she  achieved  great success in her role by organsing a blissfull Miss and Mr MUST competition 2018. it was one of a kind. Zahara has silent die go hards who believe in her and are ready to enthrone her to the MUST guild seat. 2. BWENGYE JOHN JONES -PEOPLE POWER. Johns is a political threat in this race. The fact that he is coming as a people power elect gives him great opportunity to win the race. His association with Ryan umar the current guild president also tops up his chances of making it to the seat. The fact that Ryan Umar has been a good leader compared to Mike katongole makes MUST students believe that people power has gotten the right repreesentatives. 3. BENERD KUTUUSA -NRM. Benerd (crysto) is a boy at hand worthy cherishing and trusting. Currently

Did you know that Iculet Mariam Arikosi planted 30 trees at MUST

Having been a potential and tested leader, with to much ectasies she comes out boldly to affirm that she is a Guild president MUST has been looking for. Cancel out the following and make your life better

1 . Porn . Porn movies are not worth watching, they show fake relationship without any love moments, you will just see a man and a woman having sexual intercourse for more than 30,40,50,minutes or 1 hr or more. The lady bathing in spermatozoid and what other rubbish they show. In real life you'll be done in around 10,15 or 20 minutes. 2 . Social media Too much concentration on these apps have destroyed several homes. These are the real intruders in the life of people. Don't get attracted to them. I don't use them. I am happy with my wife. 3 . Extra marital affair Don't venture into a relationship that has a dead end. A point of no return. A source for breaking up your happy married life. Don't plan to regret in the future. 4 . Unnecessary expenses . Calculated expenses are that wise people do. Those who spend money lavishly should stop doing so. plan for future. Economise. 5 . Gambling . This is a bad practice that many people do. Gambling money and lo

Why your broke

I’ve been broke as hell and I’ve been a bit financially okay I can tell you that who I was when I was very broke was WAY different from who I am today though am also trying to regain my networth goals and dreams. Here are just a few of the reasons I was broke in the past, but don't assume am so rich (and the main reasons that most other people are broke). Most people jump from business to business , career to career, idea to idea never sticking to ONE thing until it’s profitable. Over the past 3 years, I’ve been tempted by EVERY industry on the planet. But I stuck with my ONE business ( fruit growing and selling) and, as a result, have made some less money with it. Here’s the thing… You CAN get rich with just about any business or commission based career. But you have to stick with it for a long time before you’ll make the money you want. If you want to get rich, screw  a shiny object syndrome. Test out a new business model every month for 6 months. At the end of the 6

How can you build your net-worth from nothing

I had to ask this question from one from a great friend of mine who has made it to the top, living nice and inspiring many. From the dialogue we had this is what he pointed out, i know they are honest tips to guide through reaching your goal. Build Networks . Sounds stupid, but go to places and events where people are doing big and interesting things. Have conversations, soak everything in, gather a lot of cards, make yourself available, and make genuine friendships. People will tap those they like over other people when they have opportunities. Be flexible . Success won’t always look like you think it will, and neither will opportunities. Be open to moving from where you live, taking some chances, and being uncomfortable. Do not go into debt over stupid things . Nothing will kill your net worth faster than debt. Don’t do it if you don’t have to…and certainly not over stupid things like cars, etc.. Change your mindset . Do you know where competition is steepest? In the midd

Achievers are dreamers, meet some of the African women with an awesome and outstanding history

With International Women’s day approaching so fast, i thought you’d love to hear stories of women who were trailblazers in their fields as we celebrate the life of Katherine Johnson - the black woman whose calculations put the first man on the Moon. The following are women pioneers who made a huge impact in the world:-  Lupita Nyong’o The first Kenyan to win an Oscar. She won an Oscar for best supporting actress in Steve McQueen’s 12 years a slave in 2016. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf She was the first female politician to be elected as a Head of State in Africa. She was elected as the 24th Liberian President in 2006 and reigned till 2018 when she handed over to former Ballon D’Or winner George Weah. Brigid Kosgey Broke the Boston Marathon record and the first black woman to beat Paula Radcliffe’s 2:15:25 record to run 2:14:04 in 2019. Kosgei says she was inspired by World Champion and record holder Eliud Kipchoge. She won the race the next day after Kipchoge ran a marathon under

Hey there!!. have you thought of how you can ditch you self into financial misery, many people have fallen into the trap yeah and setbacks have been alarming. what causes or caused that "greed and comparison". Dont buy a luxurious car just because ive bought one. u wil be doomed!. CLICK ME PLIZ, you will get shocked

Bill Gates has around 105 BILLION dollars of net worth. So, a million dollar car is… well, one thousandth of one percent of his net worth. As basis for comparison, the average American has a net worth of 97,300. A car to be comparable in value, would be around 97 bucks. I’d say, yeah, he’d just say he could buy a new one. The issue would be more the rarity of a million dollar car as a product than his ability to pay for a new one. But Bugatti DOES have a 12.5 MILLION dollar car. So, he definitely could get another one. I mean, a mil doesn’t even break into the top 10 of most expensive cars. The lowest cost there is in the 3 million area.  10 Most Expensive New Cars Of All Time We live in the era of plutocrats buying superyachts… yeah, I didn’t make up THAT word..  10 of the world's most expensive superyachts and their owners  Because what ELSE are you gonna do with hundreds of billions of dollars? And still have time to stiff 1500 part timers out of their health insuran

Will grudges between Uganda and Rwanda come to an end?

The president of Uganda HE: Yoweri Kaguta Museveni said this yesterday." My sympathies go out to the citizens of Uganda and Rwanda that have been affected by the closure of the Katuna border. I call upon you to be patient as we pursue a lasting solution. I am very optimistic that the truth will come out because the NRM government stands for the truth ". Well said mr president, perhaps truths stands for truth within your conscience. However loss goes down to ugandans who trade fragile produce to uganda, they are crippled and financially drained since even the neigbouring district to katuna thats kamwengye cant afford to buy off these products.  Yes i know saddists will be like look for market else where, kenya, congo, south sudan and else where are virgin places which is fine and better, but the planning, the timing and also the costs matter. Hopefully we waiting to see that grudges between Uganda and Rwanda stops. By Waigolo Timothy A  Tech student at MUST Resea

How to make money online with zero capital

I will make it as simple as I can. First of all, forget about complex stuff. You don’t beed a blog You don’t need years to build an audience And… you don’t need money. (But seriously… you actually don’t need money. I am not one of these guys that tell you “no money, just $300 to start”. No, literally $0) So, what do you actually need afterall? ONE SKILL ONE OFFER TRAFFIC Put all that in a pot and you have freelancing. No,no… not Upwork and these other content mills. You will do it right if you want to make decent money. Let me break this down: 1) One Skill I can’t really help you with that. You have to figure out where you’re good at. But wait… you may be good at whistling, yet no one would hire you. So, I will give you two options. Copywriting Coding I’ve come to realize that most people who are good at #2 don’t even think about copywriting. (Copywriting = writing ads, words that sell etc) So I will talk how to be an effective copywriter in 1 month. Pick “Ca$hvertisement”

Mbarara university of Science and Technology NRM chapter faces challenges.

The chairman NRM MUST chapter Titus Muhwezi recently advertised NRM forms for all those interested in aspiring for guild presidentship at the university. Suprisingly it was only one medical student zahara bakaki who showed interest and got the form.  Shedrak had this to say... "Well actually depending on who is saying and hence the allegations which were cooked n henceforth blackmailing (supporters) about the hiked nomination fee in a disguise of us not meeting the requirements. what  the real cause of the nomination actually was the root cause of the interested competent candidates not picking up the nomination.  From my own understanding of politics addressing the issue of nomination at this juncture can not do us a favour of winning and doing away the challenges we have in the chapter.i actually compare it to just addressing signs and symptoms of a disease without establishing the real cause or even when you do You decide to decide by yourself My advice is simple NR

Is it possible for you to make 10 million dollars at the age of 20

few things. To get to 10million in 9 years you will need some of these things, or a combination of these things: Inheritance An incredibly well-paying job Good investment returns Your own business The issue is 9 years isn't a long time to compound. So even if you are lucky enough to get a 2 million inheritance, you won’t get to 10million in 9 years, even if markets do incredibly well. Getting to 30 million in 40 years is easier. An incredibly well paying job is hard in your 20s. Even if you are one of the few who makes partner and $1M in your 20s, you have got to spend some money and there is tax. Your own business might be the only realistic way. Remember: 90% of start ups fail 5% just survive. The owner would probably be better off being a salaried employee. 4% do well. The owner can get rich slowly. 0.8% do exceptionally well. The owner gets very rich. 0.1%-0.2% the owner gets super rich So you will need to take huge risks.

NEVER INVITE POVERTY TO YOUR LIFE

12 TIPS THAT WILL HELP YOU REACH FINANCIAL FREEDOM . 1. SET LIFE GOALS. A general desire for "financial freedom" is too vague of a goal. What does it mean to you? Write down how much you should have in your bank account, what the lifestyle entails and at what age this should be achieved. The more specific your goals, the higher the likelihood of achieving them. Then, count backwards to the current age and establish financial mileposts at regular intervals. Write it all down neatly, and put the goal sheet at the very beginning of your financial binder. 2. MAKE A BUDGET. Making a monthly household budget, and sticking to it, is the best way to guarantee all bills are paid and savings are on track. It is also a monthly routine that reinforces your goals and bolsters resolve against the temptation to splurge. 3. PAY OFF CREDIT CARDS IN FULL. Credit cards and similar high-interest consumer loans are toxic to wealth-building. Make it a point to pay off the full balance each month..
